Dr. Rita Mitbavkar - Dentist/Owner
Dr. Rita Mitbavkar is proud to be providing excellent dental service for the past 8 yrs. Her comfort centered approach has most of her patients describe her as a different kind of dentist: caring, gentle & patient. She takes time to listen to your concerns thereby providing you with the best dental care possible. Her passion for dentistry and sincere interest in her patients make them feel welcomed & well cared for.
Dr. Rita graduated from K.V.G. Dental College (Mangalore, India). After completing her BDS in 1998 she worked in India. She subsequently received her California dental license in 2007.
Dr. Rita worked as an associate dentist in Goa, India, from 1998-2002, before relocating to the Bay Area. From 2004-2007 she was working as a dental assistant at Dr Romy Singh`s dental clinic in Sunnyvale. From 2007-2011 She was working at Smilecare Family Dentistry as an Associate Dentist in the San Ramon & San Jose locations. She has continued to improve her skills by completing continuing education programs in all aspect of general & cosmetic dentistry. She is extremely comfortable with children of all ages.
Dr. Rita has been married for the past 9 yrs & resides in Sunnyvale. Other than her dental profession, she loves travelling to international locations, gardening and reading.

Cristina M. Mendiola - Front Office, Dental Assistant
Cristina Mendiola graduated in 1995 from high school. Following that Cristina went to Central County Occupation School where she attended a 1-year course of Dental Assistant Training. She graduated in 1996 with X-ray license, and a certification in CPR.
Cristina resides in the Evergreen neighborhood of San Jose with her beautiful family. She enjoys being outdoors and her favorite past time is going to Santa Cruz with her loved ones.
Cristina is an active member of The First Church of San Jose. She devotes her time with the youth ministry spreading smiles with children of all ages.
